Today i at the training central i learn alot of thing like today about the customer service level etc...Pet Peeves; Tapes; how to say apologies to customer thru phones...

I met alot of funni new frends like aaron; shon; priscila; michelle; and others more...they are quite funni and lame ppl...i now have an nickname they call me Rose Mary; Rocher etc... damn it today the lecturer ask we all the wrote down all the stressful problem etc kill ppl; zouk; bite; jump down the straight...damn stupid lol...anyway my training almost finished...

Sian man n sad lor i fail my first test during the course training...this training is for my wrk i 1st test already fail omg what i'm doing i knw the answer but i too over confident on it so i make alot of mistake on it damn monday retest i must do it and answer it carefully erm....LeeLin Kabante Ne!!! U can make it the okk since u r the lowest grade in the class but we together pass the test ok LeeLin....leelin i cant stand u lian u reali den toopif lor n ur toking is so cute n lame lor make me wan to faint le lar

Yo!! paiseh huh i have been missing for a long time coz i found a job @ StarHub HQ call central my job scope is IT Technical Support Speciallist...Hey guys dun ever any how call me huh if not i will be caught for nothing haha...joking lar....i started my training le from 23 april 2007 wah my training den long man end my training at 28 May 2007 wah my training quite boring u knw i have been at the HQ for listening to my senior answering to customer question for almost 2 weeks omg i feel so boring when listening to my senior answering phones call coz i'll be answering the phones after i came back frm training n i'll be handling those difference customer thru the phones wah but i think i sure boring too dead haha...but quite fun lar i knw quite alot number of new frends inside the company since i step inside the company they look like a big family inside...some lame, stupid, funny n cute well thanks for them teach me alot of things inside this training program i will try my best to pass my test on the training program....
